WIC (Women, Infants, Children) is a supplementation nutrition food program to help families stretch their food budget.
You may qualify if you are:
• Pregnant
• Breastfeeding
• A mother with a baby less than six months old
• A parent/guardian with a child under five years of age
WIC provides federal grants to states for supplemental foods, health care referrals, and nutrition education for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and to infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk.
In accordance with Federal law and U.S. Department of Agriculture policy, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
Families must meet income guidelines and have nutritional need.
