Medical Reserve Corps

My name is Brent Blevins and I am the coordinator of the local Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) program at the Boyle County Health Department. The Preparedness Team at the Boyle County Health Department works in cooperation with local emergency response agencies and the State Department for Public Health to develop plans and procedures to prevent and limit health effects resulting from catastrophic events.

Our team includes a Medical Reserve Corp. which involves local volunteers who are willing to respond to an Emergency Preparedness event in the community. If you are interested in being a Medical Reserve Corp. volunteer, print, complete and return the below forms to Brent Blevins at the Boyle County Health Department. MRC volunteers should read the MRC Standard Operating Guidelines Handbook for further information.
